About the role
The position involves operating a continuous olive‑oil extraction line in a production facility. Working under the supervision of a senior machine operator, you will ensure the equipment runs smoothly to achieve optimal yield and oil quality.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control the continuous olive‑oil extraction process.
- Maintain machine performance to guarantee high yield and quality standards.
- Ensure correct use of traceability software and related documentation.
- Perform routine checks and report any irregularities to the senior operator.
Required profile
- Higher technician diploma or BTS in agricultural machinery, mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
- Ability to work under the guidance of a senior machine operator.
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Required skills
- Operation of olive‑oil extraction machinery.
- Use of traceability software for production monitoring.
