Community Manager Intern with potential hire

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site internship supports the online presence of ALLIANCE COM EVENTS BOOKING in Sousse. As a Community Manager Intern you will help shape the brand voice, engage audiences, and promote events across social media and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Monitor social networks, respond to comments and messages, and gather follower feedback.
• Track performance metrics, prepare simple analytics reports, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to amplify promotional actions.
• Contribute ideas for community initiatives and on‑site digital activities.

Required profile

• Strong interest in social media management, digital communication, and events.
• Ability to write clear, engaging content in English and preferably French or Arabic.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Enrollment in or completion of studies in marketing, communication, media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
