Communications Specialist

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for power distribution and connectivity in the automotive industry, is looking for a Communications Specialist in Sousse. The role covers country-level communication, improving the company's awareness and image locally and coordinating with the Country Head and divisional communications.

Key responsibilities

• Respect the standard minimum tasks for country communication as defined in the departmental concept.
• Improve the company's awareness and image in the country.
• Represent the company to the local press and general public in coordination with the Country Head and divisional communications.
• Plan and implement local leadership and employee communication activities together with country management and other departments.
• Facilitate two-way content exchange between country and group levels (bottom-up and top-down).
• Ensure local playout of corporate content at country level and suggest local content for use at corporate level.
• Share best practices between country communicators at global level.

Required profile

• University degree in Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Commerce or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in the automotive industry is appreciated.
• French and English.
