Collection Specialist

About the role

Medius is seeking a detail‑oriented Collection Specialist to join its finance team in Tunis. You will help maintain the company’s financial health by managing customer accounts, ensuring timely invoice payments, and supporting internal collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to secure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and resolve disputes.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to address payment issues.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related financial role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with NetSuite.
• Familiarity with Zuora.
