About the role
The Clerk Production Inspection supports the assembly area by performing quality checks, identifying non‑conformities and ensuring that production processes follow the defined quality control plan.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all checks defined in the Quality Control plan and record required data.
- Identify non‑conforming products using the "red card" process and provide feedback to the line and WPA.
- Inspect 5S/housekeeping, error‑proofing conformity, and availability of assembly aid tools.
- Validate packing process completion and ensure reworks are performed by qualified operators.
- Audit final harness inspection according to the QM plan and additional care points.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BAC.
- Fluent in English and French.
- At least 1 year of experience at LEONI or similar environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork and conflict‑management skills.
- Motivation, resilience and ability to work autonomously.
