Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our 25‑year‑old architecture and engineering office in Sousse. You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers challenging construction projects across Tunisia and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a variety of small to medium‑size construction projects from design to completion.
• Lead tendering processes and manage construction contracts.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring deadlines, cost targets and quality standards are met.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in construction execution.
• Fluency in English or German.
• Willingness to travel for business and a valid driving licence.
