Chef de Section de Production (TSM)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Section Manager (TSM) to lead one of our manufacturing sections at our Megrine site in Tunisia. The role involves overseeing daily production plans, supervising staff, and guaranteeing product quality, hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the production section according to the daily program.
• Supervise and coordinate the personnel assigned to the section.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• BTS or Licence in food industry or process engineering.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar production management role.
• Proficiency in French.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Hands‑on field orientation with good communication skills.
• Availability to work in three‑shift rotation.
