About the role

The Hotel Marigold is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team in Tunis. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes according to technical sheets while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate dishes in strict compliance with recipe specifications.
  • Maintain hygiene and food‑safety standards throughout the kitchen.
  • Supervise and support kitchen commis, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Assist in stock management and place orders for ingredients.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure while delivering high‑quality dishes.

Required skills

  • Mastery of culinary techniques.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
