Business Process Expert – Procurement & Supply Chain (Tunis)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Expert to join our Tunis office and support end‑to‑end Procurement and Supply Chain Management processes. The role will drive optimisation, harmonisation and digital transformation of key business processes, ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Procurement and Supply Chain processes, covering strategic sourcing, procure‑to‑pay, supplier management, material planning, inventory and logistics.
• Analyse, standardise and continuously improve processes across global business units.
• Support ERP initiatives, especially SAP S/4HANA, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training and hyper‑care.
• Lead process‑harmonisation, automation and digital‑transformation projects, collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, governance standards and training materials.
• Monitor process performance, KPIs and contribute to BPM and process‑mining activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Business Process Management.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in English.
