Business Analyst – Medical Insurance

About the role

Carthagium, an independent medical Third Party Administrator, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its fast‑growing international team. You will work in a multicultural environment, bridging operational teams and technical developers to enhance and automate business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI‑driven automation, OCR, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the implementation of new features and enhancements in collaboration with Product Leads, Developers, and UI/UX Designers.
• Provide post‑deployment support, including training materials, documentation, and issue resolution for internal users.
• Gather feedback on operational pain points and relay client expectations to product teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business analysis or project management.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and OCR technologies.
• Prior experience in the international medical insurance (IPMI) sector is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French at native level is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
