Brand Marketing Manager (Junior)

About the role

As a Junior Brand Marketing Manager, you will join the creative team of Délice Danone in El Kram, supporting the development and execution of the brand’s marketing strategy. Working under a Senior Product Manager, you will help shape the brand’s market presence and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation of the annual marketing plan for the brand.
• Assist in building and monitoring the brand’s marketing budget.
• Support the launch of product innovation projects.
• Implement marketing activations and campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor intelligence.
• Track and report on the brand’s commercial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales, share, and panel data.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate communication campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Comfortable presenting to committees and public audiences.
