Bilingual Social Media Manager – YouTube Channels

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Social Media Manager to drive growth and engagement across our YouTube ecosystem. You will own the end‑to‑end publishing workflow, optimize metadata, and build vibrant subscriber communities for both language markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full publishing process in YouTube Studio for French and English channels, including uploads, scheduling, playlists, end screens, and cards.
• Craft high‑CTR titles, compelling descriptions, tag strategies, and collaborate on thumbnail concepts.
• Track performance metrics (watch time, CTR, audience retention) using YouTube Analytics and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Engage with audiences through comments, community posts, and other interaction points to foster loyalty.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity in entertainment, pop culture, cinema, history, and geography to propose high‑potential video ideas.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• At least one year of proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt strategies to algorithm changes.
• Passion for entertainment, gossip, pop culture, cinema, history, or geography content.

What we offer

• Base monthly fee of USD 700.
• Performance bonus up to USD 300 per quarter based on KPIs.
