Bilingual German-English Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual German‑English Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the voice and written support for our diverse customer base, helping them through calls, chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support via phone, live chat, and email in German and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Offer feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
