Beauty & Cosmetics Innovation Project Manager

About the role

Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for a Beauty & Cosmetics Innovation Project Manager to lead the development of new cosmetics, skincare and personal‑care products using natural ingredients, botanical extracts and essential oils. The role bridges concept creation, ingredient selection, formulation, prototyping and launch readiness across a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new product concepts and prepare structured development briefs.
• Identify and coordinate botanical extracts, natural ingredients and essential‑oil selections.
• Work with external formulators, private‑label manufacturers and fragrance houses to create prototypes.
• Manage prototype‑development rounds, evaluate samples and drive reformulations.
• Support ingredient‑cost analysis, technical documentation and packaging discussions.
• Maintain project timelines, prepare status reports and coordinate supplier inputs.
• Assist in final product recommendation and launch readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare or personal‑care product development.
• Proven experience coordinating formulators, manufacturers and evaluating prototypes.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to communicate technical details effectively.
• Excellent command of French and English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of natural ingredients and fragrance applications is advantageous.
