Associate People Solutions (HR Analyst)

About the role

The Associate, People Solutions supports the Human Resources function by evaluating, analysing, and administering HR programmes. Working closely with stakeholders, the role ensures HR strategy aligns with overall business objectives and helps build a culture of trust.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating, analysing, and implementing HR activities such as employee engagement, compensation, benefits, talent and performance management.
• Receive, process, and respond to day‑to‑day employee concerns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Collect, maintain, analyse, and report on key HR metrics to support management decision‑making.
• Prepare documentation for HR partners handling labour‑related cases.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR process reports using HRIS tools, complying with company policy and statutory regulations.
• Communicate and reinforce company values, philosophies, and leadership behaviours.
• Support candidate selection processes when required.

Required profile

• University degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and professional relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
