Assistant(e) Approvisionnement – Data & Import Support

About the role

SOTUCHOC, a leading Tunisian chocolate and confectionery manufacturer, is looking for a Supply Assistant to support its Naassen site. The role combines data management, import tracking, and reporting to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain existing databases related to procurement.
• Monitor import dossiers and keep dashboards up to date.
• Analyze data and produce regular reporting for the supply chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science or Management Informatics.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques.
• Excellent computer skills.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Dynamic, serious, rigorous with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
