About the role
Sotora Global is seeking a proactive assistant to support its two co‑founders with calendar management, travel arrangements, and day‑to‑day administration. The role blends remote work with regular in‑person tasks in Tunis, ensuring both founders stay organized across professional and personal commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the co‑founders’ diaries, schedule meetings, confirm attendance and resolve conflicts.
- Research travel options, prepare itineraries and coordinate accommodations.
- Set up meetings and calls, including video links, venues and required materials.
- Handle personal administration such as appointments, reservations, deliveries and errands.
- Maintain up‑to‑date contact lists, to‑do lists and reminders; file and archive documents promptly.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude with ability to adapt to changing plans.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, discreet and trustworthy with personal information.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfortable using IT systems and AI tools for operational tasks.
