Assistant Reservations Manager

About the role

The Assistant Reservations Manager supports the reservations sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full‑time position is based in Tunis and works closely with sales staff to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth reservation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new reservations sales opportunities to meet personal and property revenue targets.
• Train, coach, and assign work to reservations sales staff.
• Negotiate contracts, generate proposals, and manage reservation orders in tracking systems.
• Monitor same‑day selling procedures, manage wait‑lists, and process no‑show charges.
• Deliver service excellence to enhance customer loyalty and grow account share.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or front‑desk roles, OR a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, etc., with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity, and demand trends.
