AI Automation & Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Automation & Systems Engineer to design, build, and maintain intelligent automation workflows, AI agents and the underlying CRM infrastructure that powers our lead generation and customer engagement processes. The role combines software engineering, AI orchestration and system integration to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy conversational bots and AI agents using frameworks such as OpenClaw, LangChain and OpenAI APIs.
• Integrate AI agents with business tools via APIs, webhooks, Make.com, Zapier or custom Python/Node.js scripts.
• Build automated lead-sourcing pipelines, including web scraping, data enrichment and outbound outreach automation.
• Maintain and optimise the company CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel), ensuring data hygiene, deduplication and seamless AI-to-CRM syncing.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot bugs, refine prompts and minimise hallucinations in AI outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience building custom AI agents with OpenClaw, LangChain or similar LLM orchestration tools.
• Strong background in API integration, webhook handling and automation logic using Python, Node.js or comparable languages.
• Technical expertise in modern CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) and complex dataset management.
• Familiarity with web-scraping, data enrichment platforms (e.g., Clay, Apollo) and automated outreach solutions.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to debug, optimise latency and maintain production-grade workflows.
