About the role

The Data Verification Agent will support iCOVER’s background‑screening and risk‑management services by conducting verbal checks with various sources, entering information into the company CRM, and handling client escalations. The role requires a bilingual professional who can maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting strict quality and deadline standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform verbal verifications by contacting sources via phone and email.
• Enter verification results accurately into the CRM system.
• Respond promptly to client escalations and ensure issues are resolved.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Adhere to company standards, quality guidelines, and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and French; additional language is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
• Problem‑solving orientation and commitment to continuous quality improvement.
• Ability to work diplomatically with diverse individuals and institutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and a serious, focused work approach.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.

• Proficiency in using a CRM system for data entry.
