About the role
We are looking for an IT Service Agent to join our team in the centre of Tunis. The candidate will work full‑time, providing basic computer assistance and ensuring smooth operation of our internal IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist users with routine IT queries and issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software as needed.
- Follow established procedures to ensure reliable IT service delivery.
Required profile
- Serious and reliable attitude.
- Dynamic and motivated personality.
- Female candidate (as specified in the posting).
Required skills
- Basic competence in computer usage and general IT concepts.
What we offer
- Salary of 600 Tunisian Dinar.
- Working hours from 8 am to 6 pm with one day off per week.
- Location in the centre of Tunis.
