The company, a specialist in hardware and paint products, is looking for a Paint Preparation and Mixing Agent to join its production floor in Ariana. The role involves preparing paint batches according to customer specifications and ensuring consistent colour quality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and mix paints based on client orders.
- Operate the colour preparation and mixing machine safely.
- Follow dosage instructions and preparation guidelines precisely.
- Check colour accuracy and product quality before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues.
Required profile
- Open to beginners; no prior experience required.
- Willingness to undergo training on the mixing equipment.
- Serious, dynamic, punctual and reliable.
- Detail‑oriented and able to learn quickly.
- Team‑spirit and good communication skills.
