Acquisition and Counseling Specialist (Paid Internship)

About the role

StudentGator is looking for a motivated intern to support its student acquisition and counseling activities. You will work on‑site in Tunis, helping prospective students navigate the application process for French universities while contributing to the company’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective students through outreach campaigns and lead generation.
• Conduct initial needs assessments and guide candidates through each step of the application and enrollment process.
• Assist with partner outreach and support acquisition campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the student experience.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree (business, marketing, education, international relations, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Empathetic, student‑centered attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and basic CRM/database platforms (experience with specific tools is a plus).
