Account Manager – Lettings & Property Management (Remote)

About the role

Numan is looking for a remote Account Manager to own the full lettings and property‑management lifecycle. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, guiding applications from enquiry through move‑in, ongoing management and renewal while ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for tenants and landlords, handling enquiries and maintaining clear communication throughout the tenancy.
• Manage the complete applicant journey – from initial enquiry, viewings and referencing to signed tenancy agreements.
• Prepare, issue and renew tenancy contracts, ensuring all documentation meets UK lettings standards (deposits, Right to Rent, EPC, gas safety, etc.).
• Log and triage maintenance requests, coordinate contractors, and follow issues to resolution.
• Maintain accurate property, contact and tenancy records, track key dates and deadlines, and produce activity reports.

Required profile

• Proven reliability with a strong follow‑through mindset; deadlines are never missed.
• Experience in UK lettings, sales progression or property management.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tenancies and maintenance jobs simultaneously.
• Clear, professional communication with tenants, landlords and contractors.
• Solid understanding of UK lettings compliance and a proactive ownership attitude.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with UK property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket.
• Experience using CRM and property‑management software.
• ARLA or Propertymark qualification (or willingness to obtain).
