About the role

The company is looking for a motivated sales associate to promote and sell cosmetic products directly to customers. This position involves interacting with shoppers, understanding their beauty needs, and offering suitable product solutions. The role is focused on driving sales while delivering a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Actively sell cosmetic products to walk‑in and returning customers.
Provide clear information about product features, benefits, and usage.
Maintain an organized display of merchandise and ensure stock availability.
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by management.

Required profile

Previous experience in retail or cosmetics sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Enthusiasm for beauty and personal care products.
