About the role

We are looking for an experienced saleswoman to join our men's clothing boutique located in the city centre of Tunis. The role involves engaging customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supporting promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the boutique.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store tidy.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Stay informed about the latest men’s fashion trends and product ranges.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Handle inventory replenishment and stock organization.
• Assist in organizing in‑store events and promotions.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences to the buying team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple customers.
• Age between 18 and 27 years.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
