Supply Chain Manager – Lead Logistics Excellence

About the role

HUBER+SUHNER in Sousse, Tunisia is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for delivering high performance across planning, materials management, warehousing, shipping and customs while supporting the company’s growth and transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing supply chain team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute supply chain strategies that align with business growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee production planning, material availability, inventory optimization, and working‑capital management.
• Design, implement and continuously improve inbound and outbound logistics flows, transportation and customs processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as delivery performance, inventory accuracy, component availability and logistics efficiency.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Act as the site’s SAP Supply Chain Key User, ensuring system alignment with business processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing supply chain or logistics functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and coaching teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities to monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions.
• Ability to collaborate with production, engineering, quality, finance and global supply chain stakeholders.
