About the role

Justech, a Tunisian provider of digital solutions for higher education, research, and libraries, is looking for a Sales Support & Customer Success Specialist to join its team in Monastir. The role combines sales assistance, first‑level customer support, and coordination across sales, operations, and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily sales support and assist the sales and operations teams.
• Handle customer requests, deliver first‑level support, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain strong client relationships to boost customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams for smooth service delivery.
• Support business development by identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare customer data, reports, and sales tracking documents.
• Perform data mapping and organization tasks to aid customer management.
• Participate in communication activities, client follow‑ups, and sales support initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with good problem‑solving skills.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
