Sales Manager – Precision Farming Solutions

About the role

RoboCare is seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial activities for its precision farming and plant disease detection solutions. Based in La Médina with hybrid flexibility, you will drive B2B sales, build strategic relationships, and expand the company’s footprint in sustainable agriculture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the agritech market.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for growers, agricultural partners, and distributors.
• Maintain and grow long‑term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to align sales strategies with solution capabilities.
• Monitor market trends, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and generate regular performance reports.
• Contribute to strategic planning to increase RoboCare’s presence in the sustainable agriculture sector.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Background in agritech, sustainable agriculture, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong account‑management, negotiation, and customer‑success skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree or equivalent sales‑leadership experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a sales‑management or senior sales role, preferably within technology, agriculture, or environmental‑solutions sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
