Sales Agent – Heavy Machinery (TP)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Agent position is based in Tunis and focuses on guiding customers through the entire sales cycle for heavy‑duty machines and related accessories. You will act as the primary point of contact, from the first inquiry to post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers, identify needs, and present appropriate machines, accessories, pricing, financing, and warranty options.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update customer information.
• Participate in promotional activities and contribute to team training initiatives.
• Provide post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or other customer‑facing sales roles is an advantage.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English knowledge is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business‑related education is a benefit.
