Quality Team Leader – Manufacturing Compliance

About the role

The Quality Team Leader will oversee manufacturing process compliance for our automotive client, leading problem‑solving groups and ensuring that internal and external requirements are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of quality engineers and auditors.
• Maintain continuous contact with the client to monitor feedback and address deviations.
• Study, interpret, and implement specific customer requirements.
• Lead problem‑solving processes and communicate timely updates to the client.
• Monitor VOP/VOC indicators, raise risk alerts, and coordinate multidisciplinary corrective actions.
• Participate in APQP phases, system release meetings, FMEA sessions, feasibility studies, and internal audits.
• Develop, implement, and qualify monitoring plans and required resources.
• Create and deliver PPAP documentation to customers.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar quality role within the automotive sector.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication abilities.
