Product Marketing & Launch Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing, Launch & Project Manager to drive the commercial success of new product launches. Reporting directly to the CEO and senior leadership, you will be the single point of accountability for defining launch strategy, positioning, and execution across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define product‑market fit, ideal customer profile and differentiation for each new SKU, creating clear product narratives and competitive analyses.
• Develop and own non‑negotiable product briefs covering price, cost, margin, claims, packaging, and channel strategy, and lock scope to prevent last‑minute changes.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development and launch timelines, coordinating R&D, marketing, operations, supply chain, QA and regulatory teams.
• Run weekly launch meetings, identify risks and dependencies, and resolve blockers using project‑management tools.
• Own product naming, front‑of‑pack messaging and packaging design to ensure conversion‑driven, channel‑appropriate assets.
• Build detailed launch plans, align inventory and demand forecasts, and collaborate with marketing on PDP content, paid media, email/SMS flows and influencer/PR activities.
• Track post‑launch KPIs and optimize performance based on conversion and sales data.

Required profile

• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including marketing, R&D, operations, supply chain and QA.
• Experience defining product positioning, market fit and launch narratives.
• Comfort working directly with senior leadership and taking full accountability for launch outcomes.
