Medical Science Liaison – Radiology (Maghreb)

About the role

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Radiology at Bayer, you will act as the scientific expert and trusted partner to the radiology community across the Maghreb region, while supporting broader MENA medical affairs initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scientific partnerships with thought leaders, healthcare professionals and medical societies.
• Communicate and exchange scientific information related to Bayer’s radiology portfolio.
• Generate actionable medical insights to inform local medical strategy and cross‑functional decisions.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, market access, regulatory and other internal stakeholders to enable integrated customer engagement.
• Drive scientific exchange through advisory boards, educational meetings and medical education initiatives.
• Monitor scientific developments, competitor activities and emerging trends in radiology.
• Support evidence‑generation activities and contribute to medical projects aligned with local healthcare needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, drug information or a related healthcare role.
• Basic knowledge of radiology is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Fluent in French with strong English language abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Digital mindset with the ability to leverage data and technology to generate insights.
