L2 Support Specialist – Apprenticeship (MES)

About the role

FORVIA Informatique Tunisie is seeking an L2 Functional Support Apprentice to join the Apps rollout & L2 MES Support EMEA team. This position offers hands‑on experience in second‑level support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a global automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 end‑user support for MES applications.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase the quality and efficiency of the MES support chain.
• Collect local site requirements, draft functional specifications and coordinate Request for Change (RFC) processes.
• Participate in MES project implementations and new functionality roll‑outs as needed.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure data consistency and coherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanics, Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and supply‑chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in an international setting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work flexibly and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• MES support experience (or familiarity with MES concepts).
