Junior IT & Business Applications Associate

About the role

Mazarize Energy is seeking a curious and organized junior professional to join its Tunisia IT team. You will support day‑to‑day IT and security operations across office and production sites, working closely with the local IT lead, CIO and CISO.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for workstations, laptops and mobile devices, including setup, software troubleshooting and user account management.
• Assist with basic monitoring and maintenance of local servers, network infrastructure (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS) and perform inventory tracking of equipment, software and licenses.
• Support system installations, software roll‑outs, patch management and cloud user administration (Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS) as directed.
• Monitor cybersecurity tools, flag anomalies, conduct basic hygiene tasks such as patching and access reviews.
• Help with security awareness initiatives and preparation for audits, risk assessments and compliance activities (e.g., NIS2).

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a strong desire to learn and grow in IT support, cybersecurity and business applications.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to keep tasks moving forward in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Tunisia and collaborating with international IT leadership.
