Implementation Consultant – Workforce Management

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of ADP Workforce Manager solutions for our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their HR, payroll and time‑tracking requirements, configure the system, and ensure a smooth go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to gather business and integration requirements.
• Design and document solution specifications, including business requirements and interface details.
• Configure the ADP Workforce Manager product, apply firmware updates to time‑clocks, and perform unit testing.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and reconciliation activities.
• Guide clients through testing phases, user acceptance, parallel testing and go‑live.
• Provide training, update manuals and deliver training sessions.
• Collaborate with project managers, product managers and other streams to resolve gaps and escalations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll and time‑management processes.
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
