Implementation Consultant – Remote B2B SaaS

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end B2B SaaS deployments for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through procurement and financial process transformation from kickoff to Go‑Live, while ensuring a smooth, high‑impact user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, serving as the primary client contact from kickoff to a live, operational product.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map client procurement and finance workflows into customized platform configurations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Coordinate internal and client teams, mitigate risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client self‑sufficiency.
• Create structured enablement resources such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short videos.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and QA to escalate blockers and translate feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced English communication skills for client meetings and negotiations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling business metrics and data.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP, or CRM systems and guiding organizational change.
