About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Human Relations Advisors to join our English Department at the Astragale Call Center in Sousse. The role involves providing high‑quality support to English‑speaking customers and contributing to a positive call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in English.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using the centre’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets.
• Participate in regular training sessions and quality‑assurance reviews.
