French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly, professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support to French‑ and English‑speaking customers through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and ensure resolutions are documented.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system and identify recurring trends.
• Share feedback with product and operations teams to improve processes.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
