About the role
We are seeking a diligent cleaning staff member to join the morning team of a café located in the Monplaisir district of Tunis. The role involves maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers before the café opens, ensuring that health and safety standards are met, and supporting the operational staff with preparatory tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning of the dining area, including wiping tables and chairs.
- Sweep and mop floors to ensure a tidy appearance.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize restroom facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment used before service.
- Restock cleaning supplies and paper products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues to the manager.
Required profile
- Available to work early morning shifts.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
- Reliability and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work independently and follow health‑safety guidelines.
