Digital Account Manager – Arabic (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Account Manager fluent in Arabic to serve as the primary strategic partner for high‑ticket clients of a boutique growth agency. You will lead weekly strategy sessions, analyse funnel performance, and work closely with internal teams to deliver high‑converting direct‑response campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main growth advisor for assigned client accounts, conducting strategic performance calls and KPI reviews.
• Audit conversion funnels from ad click‑through rates to landing‑page and messaging performance, identifying bottlenecks.
• Translate client objectives into detailed creative briefs for copywriters, designers, media buyers, and developers.
• Collaborate with internal leads and AI tools to generate new ad angles, copy frameworks, and retargeting strategies.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on dashboard insights to improve CAC, ROAS, CVR, and CPL.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance‑marketing agencies, DTC e‑commerce, or direct‑response lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose metric drops and propose clear solutions.
• Excellent client communication skills in idiomatic Arabic and professional English.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude for research and strategy development.
