Delivery Operations Coordinator (Cash on Delivery)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Operations Coordinator to oversee and optimise daily last‑mile delivery activities for a fast‑growing international nutrition company that operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. Based in La Marsa, Tunis, you will ensure that orders are dispatched efficiently and reach customers on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery operations and coordinate with couriers and delivery partners.
• Distribute and assign orders, balancing workloads across the network.
• Monitor delivery performance, operational KPIs, and order statuses.
• Resolve delivery delays, failed deliveries, and other operational issues.
• Analyse buy‑out, return, and delivery success rates to identify trends.
• Collaborate with confirmation operators to verify customer information and monitor call quality.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses for management.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing daily delivery or last‑mile logistics operations.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple couriers and delivery partners.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and preparing performance reports.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to address delivery exceptions quickly.
