Consultant Senior – Stratégie et Transformation

About the role

KPMG Tunisie is seeking a Senior Consultant to support clients in Tunisia and Libya on strategy, transformation and performance improvement projects. You will work on high‑impact assignments that shape business models, growth plans and ESG initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market studies, macro‑economic analyses and strategic benchmarks.
• Help define growth, transformation and repositioning strategies for client organisations.
• Participate in the review and design of business models and transformation road‑maps.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses and deliver high‑value recommendations.
• Prepare commercial proposals, reports and client presentations.
• Engage in client meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Support ESG‑related missions, project financing and strategic partnership development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a consulting firm or in a strategy, transformation or operational‑excellence role.
• Strong analytical, structuring and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of ESG issues is a plus.
