Communications and Event Coordinator

About the role

Scatec is seeking a Communications and Event Coordinator to drive internal engagement, strengthen brand presence, and ensure successful execution of events across Tunisia. You will support the Country Manager, work closely with global communications teams, and help shape how the company connects with employees, partners, and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Country Manager in stakeholder management and reputation‑building activities.
• Drive internal engagement initiatives such as town halls, newsletters, and employee events.
• Execute local communications, branding, and stakeholder engagement actions.
• Plan and deliver key events including inaugurations, site visits, job fairs, and conferences.
• Maintain stakeholder mapping and contribute to proactive reputation management.
• Assist in crisis and issue management in coordination with Corporate Communications.
• Provide communications support to site teams, ensuring consistent internal and external messaging.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Communications and Government Affairs team.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
• Interest in renewable energy and experience working in an international setting.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on building trust and internal pride.
