Change Communications Specialist (Internal & Employee Engagement)

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a Change Communications Specialist to support organizational change initiatives at its El Fahs site in Tunisia. You will design and deliver internal communication strategies that enable business transformation, engage employees, and reinforce leadership messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and change communication plans aligned with business transformation goals.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and regional communications teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
• Create communication assets such as presentations, town‑hall decks, leadership messages, FAQs, and employee updates.
• Coach leaders and managers on effective communication and employee‑engagement techniques.
• Manage internal communication channels, ensuring high‑quality, engaging content.
• Facilitate employee‑engagement activities, feedback sessions, and two‑way communication initiatives.
• Measure communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, change communications, employee engagement, or organizational development.
• Proven experience supporting leaders through organizational change and transformation.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Fluent English required; French and/or Arabic are a plus.
• Positive, proactive, resilient attitude with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics, build trust, and adapt in a fast‑changing environment.
