About the role

Staq, a leading Banking‑as‑a‑Service and embedded finance platform, is seeking an AI‑native Marketing Specialist to own and execute its B2B marketing strategy. You will blend brand, growth, and product marketing while leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools to drive efficiency and impact for financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run end‑to‑end B2B marketing strategies targeting fintech and enterprise audiences.
• Plan and launch multi‑channel campaigns (digital, content, social, events) to generate qualified leads.
• Utilise AI tools for content generation, performance optimisation, and analytics.
• Manage Staq’s digital presence, including website, social media, and content platforms.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Create technical marketing assets such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, decks, and email campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on B2B sales‑cycle insights.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of Banking‑as‑a‑Service, embedded finance, payments, or related financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
