AI-First Sales Enablement Operator

About the role

Storm Ideas is looking for an AI‑First Sales Enablement Operator to design, run and continuously improve an AI‑driven conversion engine. You will work remotely from anywhere in Tunisia, collaborating with a global team that serves leading US entertainment, media and streaming brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI‑generated pitch decks, case studies, proposals and RFP responses that are accurate, persuasive and on‑brand.
• Structure proof points and claims as reusable AI modules, ensuring every statement is supported and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor and validate data, permissions and numbers used in commercial materials.
• Partner with service, creative and operations teams to understand offerings and translate them into compelling sales assets.
• Continuously optimise workflows, AI prompts and automation to increase speed and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data‑driven storytelling.
• Experience in sales enablement, commercial operations or agency environments.
• Comfortable working fully remote and managing cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to balance AI automation with human judgement to maintain quality.
