About the role
Join Glovo as an Operations Specialist and become a key member of the local support team. You will work in a fast‑moving environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist couriers with a wide range of topics, from app functionalities to payment issues.
- Implement and optimise processes for courier acquisition and retention.
- Provide logistical support for the distribution of seasonal work equipment.
- Set and achieve onboarding targets in designated cities while ensuring overall operational performance.
- Manage scheduling, attendance and the administration of info‑sessions.
- Support daily operations through supervision and KPI analysis.
- Communicate effectively with the local Operations Manager on customer support processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment.
Required profile
- Strong communicator with problem‑solving agility.
- Highly motivated to work in a fast‑growing startup.
- Enjoy learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Proactive, autonomous and energetic, even on challenging days.
- Fluent in English.
- Empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
Required skills
- Basic Excel.
- Data interpretation.
