About the role

Outsourcia is looking for motivated tele‑advisors to promote health insurance products to potential customers in Tunis. You will work in a dynamic call‑center environment, using a provided database to identify and engage prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect new clients by contacting leads from the supplied database.
• Present the features and benefits of health‑insurance products clearly and persuasively.
• Handle client objections professionally and provide accurate answers.
• Offer personalized advice, match customers with the most suitable plans, and close sales.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
• Strong commercial mindset with good listening, rigor and adaptability.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in the insurance sector within a contact‑center setting.
