About the role

Outsourcia is looking for motivated B2B Sales Call Center Agents to join its Tunisian operations. The role involves contacting prospective business customers, presenting Outsourcia’s services and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct active prospecting by identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients using a provided database.
• Deliver clear and persuasive presentations of the company’s products and services.
• Handle client objections professionally and provide accurate answers.
• Offer personalized advice, match customers with the most suitable offers and close sales.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong commercial mindset with solid listening, rigor and adaptability.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
• Positive attitude and team‑spirit.
